These items require time‑intensive work, and given the higher demand for other types of timepieces, our resources are best directed toward areas where we can serve our customers efficiently and effectively.

In-Shop Services
At our shop, we specialize in the careful inspection, diagnosis, and repair of clocks. To ensure every customer receives the time and attention they deserve, we operate by appointment only.
We are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. By scheduling ahead, we can dedicate our expertise to your clock without interruption and provide you with a thorough evaluation.

Address any questions or concerns you may have
Provide a precise estimate of repair costs and turnaround time

Walk-ins cannot be accommodated without a prior appointment. We often spend time on service calls in the field; appointments are required. On-Site Services Houston & Surrounding Areas
Our service calls are designed exclusively for floor clocks and other large timepieces, including oversized wall clocks. These items are often too delicate or cumbersome to transport safely, so we come directly to your home or place of business to provide care where the clock resides.
During a service call, we can:

Relocate floor clocks or large wall clocks safely within your space
Provide repair recommendations and cost estimates
